RUNNING LATE?
if you are late your service will be changed to accommodate the time we have available without us running over into the next clients’ time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation and re-booking within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be required to pay another deposit. Cancellations and re-booking within 24 hours of scheduled appointment may require another deposit.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled appointments and no shows will be charged full price.
NOTE: Cancelling and re-booking appointments on a continuous basis will not have deposit transfer AND will require another nonrefundable deposit for re-booking.
